其實我從來都唔鍾意食港式空氣麵包,反而 我鍾意食啲 實淨 啲嘅包 ,呢排想減少食杏仁粉所以 西蘭花 用嚟整生酮包 都係一個唔錯嘅選擇!
呢份三文治入面有 炒蛋 丶牛油果同埋bacon 加埋個沙律食 就啱啱好喇
Keto broccoli bread
4 eggs 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cup shredded broccoli ¼ cup coconut flour ½ cup Almond flour 2 tsp baking powder 1Tbs Psyllium husk 1 clove garlic Pepper 1 tsp Mix herbs Pinch of salt
Pan fry shredded broccoli with oil. Add pepper and mix herbs cook for 3-4 min.
In a mixing bowl mix ⅔ cup of cheese and rest of the ingredients together.
Pour the batter into the baking pan. Top with ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 170 C oven for 30-40 min.
