生酮唔只可以食朱古力味嘅, 綠茶味都係一個好選擇, 原本呢個係一個cupcake嘅recipe,但係我費事 整好多個杯杯,我用一個方形盤焗起之後切件!

Green tea muffin /cake

Ingredients 5 large eggs 1/3 cup heavy cream ¼ cup sour cream 1/3 cup keto friendly sweetener 2 tablespoons Matcha green tea powder 1/3 cup coconut flour ⅓ cup Almond flour 2 tablespoon unsalted butter

Directions Preheat your oven to 170°C Line a muffin pan with paper liners. In a small mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, Almond flour and the matcha powder. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, a sweetener, and melted butter until well-combined. Add the flour mixture from the small bowl to the egg mixture, and whisk together. *Note: It’s fairly difficult to make these mixtures blend into batter, so you may want to use an electric mixer. For this same reason, you should rinse out your mixing bowl immediately after you’re finished with it. Pour the batter into the lined muffin tin.
