生酮士多啤梨奇亞籽果醬. Keto strawberry chia Jam.

夏天 又令我回憶起喺加拿大平到震嘅士多啤梨 🍓🍓🍓, strawberry season 幾蚊加紙可以買到三磅士多啤梨呀, 呢排我喺超級市場見到啲士多啤梨都好平, 冇計啦貿易戰啲美國貨嚟曬香港好抵買㗎 !呢個果醬將會配合我之後一系列嘅食譜 有scone 啦~ victoria sponge cake~

你哋鍾意用士多啤梨醬配乜嘢呢?



250g fresh strawberries 士多啤梨 1/4 cup erythritol 赤藻糖醇 1-1.5 tablespoons chia seeds 奇亞籽 ¼ cup water 水

1. Cut strawberries and place in a pan over medium heat. 2. erythritol add to strawberries and mix together. 3. Once strawberries released juice (4-5 minutes), mash the strawberries in the pan. 4. Allow for the mixture to boil for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. 5. Add chia seeds and water, then mix together. Let cook for 1-2 minutes more. 6. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes. 7.keep in a jar and store it in the fridge, use it within few week as there is no preservative.
