生酮飲品:牛油果抹茶奶昔 recipe 👇👇👇

今日做實驗,諗緊抹茶又係綠色,牛油果又係綠色,究竟溝唔溝得埋呢? 原來係得架,我仲加埋cream ,香濃又補油~

P. S 我加咗啲菠菜同生菜,衰在心急打得唔夠,所以見到有啲綠色粒粒,如果你唔介意嘅話順便補纖維添。

Avocado matcha shake:

牛油果 半個 抹茶粉 2-3tsp 滾水 2Tbs 凍水 150 ml 忌廉 80ml Vanilla extract 1/2 TSP Salt a pinch Erythtol 2-3 tsp (depand on your taste) BB 菠菜 10-15片 (optional) Add some ice if you want

抹茶粉用滾水先開均 所有材料放入攪拌器打至順滑
