消炎黃薑咖啡~ Anti-inflammatory Turmeric Latte



話說地鐵車廂有好多冇公德心嘅人明明自己冇帶口罩仲要對著你咳,畀人左右夾攻之後返屋企琴晚開始覺得問我喉嚨痛有啲發炎,我第一時間已經用咗紫錐花酊劑,今朝起身 好返好多 但係仲有少少紅腫,所以就用黃薑粉, 早幾日同學都分享咗黃薑嘅好處,但係可能大家唔知道點樣用好,其中一個方法就係放埋咖啡嗰度,消炎又飲到提神啡, 平時朝早嗰杯我飲開black嘅, 加咗黃薑就加埋椰子油cream一齊blend 做到一個turmeric latte嘅感覺😊😊


Coffee 1 cup

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Coconut oil 1 tsp

Cream (as you like)
